The Mas is located in a green setting. The Mas de Laché cottage, synonymous with charm and well-being, will bring you calm and relaxation.

It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom, shower and toilet, a pleasant living room with its beautiful large fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen offering all the comfort for a real vacation!

You will enjoy its furnished terrace, the barbecue & plancha and its private swimming pool of 3 x 9 meters.

 

The cottage is equipped with: TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle.

Bathroom linen and sheets are provided and therefore included in the price. The beds will be prepared for your arrival.

Minimum 3 day rental

 - Daily rate for a 3-day stay:

      Low season (October to April): €150/day
      Mid season (May, June, September): €200/day
      High season (from July 1 to 11 and from August 24 to 30): €210/day.

      Very High season (from july 12 to august 23) : €220

   Example for a three-day stay in June: 3 x €200 = €600

 - Daily rate for a stay of more than 3 days:

​       Low season (October to April): €130 /day

       Mid season (May, June, September): €157/day

       High season (from July 1 to 11 and from August 24 to 30): €171/day

       Very High season (from july 12 to august 23) : €185/day

    Example for a one-week stay in June: 7 x €157= €1099

- Deposit of 30% at the time of booking, the balance one month before your arrival. Mandatory cleaning fee:     €65.
